Chateau Canevault 2001 is an AOC Bordeaux Superieur wine. This is a Merlot, Cabernet Franc grapes wine. Elegant, rich and complex on the nose, with presence of refined red berries notes, this is a well-rounded wine. Very good structure, with persisting tannins. The Chaudet family bought this vineyard in 1997. The bottles are stored in the underground galleries, providing the best conditions to mature and protect the wine. The underground galleries are very rare and make this chateau quite unique. An excellent price for an excellent vintage!
